Premier-sponsored squash starlet Elise Lazarus is celebrating the beginning of 2018 with a new world-ranking high of 85. Seventeen-year-old Elise was ranked 164 at the beginning of 2017 but 12 months of incredible hard work and dedication has seen her steadily rise in the rankings.

Elise also won the English Junior title in Birmingham before helping England to the European teams title in Portugal.
This week Elise, who trains at Chingford’s Connaught Club and is coached by Ben Ford and Dave Webster, begins her challenge for the prestigious British Junior Open title being held in Birmingham. She is ranked 5/8 in an Under-19 draw of 64 of the world’s best players. She has a bye in round one and will face either Milenka Kiers from Holland or England’s Lucy Green in the second round.
Good luck, Elise. Everyone at Premier Security Consultants will be cheering you on all the way.
